Very bad service

My room have a trouble with Door lock battery , I have to wait staff about 0:30-1 hour to fixed it. Why they don’t check it before give the key card to me. And this is not only one that is a bad memory here. In the morning I order breakfast room service and I wait almost 2 hours to get it and I have to eat fast because I have to check out at 11:00 >>>I call to reception to check out at 12:00 the staff keep said only 11:00. You service is too bad.

Fantastic way to spend time!

A friend and I had only night in Paris and so we threw down to stay as close to the Eiffel Tower as possible. The Pullman is unmatched there! The staff were incredibly accommodating to get us to a higher floor for the night, really kind and approachable about everything we asked, and of course the views and balcony we had were simply astonishing!

Great Location Not the Best Service

Small issue when we checked but the hotel reacted. After checking out the deposit was not refunded correctly so we were charged twice. This can only be corrected via email +7 days to respond, and poor cust service when you call the front desk.
