It was a comfortable stay. Hotel’s location is in the heart of district 1, food was amazing and staffs were truly professional and helpful. I must appreciate the energy of the swimming pool attendant GIA and wish a bright future for him. Need not to mention I got early check in facility even at 9:00 am, though check out time was sharp as they have occupancy. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to the whole team of Pullman.

Very good service, especially the friendly staff at the Breakfast as Phi, Toan and Tram; helpful receptionists like Phat, Hai and Danh. I’m very happy because this is the second time staying here, the service and food and the staff are professional as the first time last year. Highly recommended.

Good value for money

Just great western business hotel in the core of Saigon. Very good service and all facilities. I can recommend the club lounge. You can easily walk from the hotel to different locations, e.g. Ben Thanh market or any bars and restaurants. Sports facilities are also very good.

Excellent. And my 1 year staying (in total 200 nights) was celebrated by a surprise welcoming of Thanh, Anh and Nghi who joined me unexpectedly into the elevator and to my room. A nice apple cake, proseco bottle, flowers, a personal card and video message of the GM, Mr. Benjamin Castel, were awaiting me. Very thoughtfully organized by Ms. Nguyen Tran Phuong Quyen and her people.

Spent three nights here during last week of March 2024 along with our staff, the stay was excellent, good location, near to the main shopping area. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. The breakfast is fantastic, with lots of variety of dishes that suites one’s taste (if you’re a vegetarian will find it bit difficult, but you can still manage with variety of fruits and dry fruits) Staff were very friendly and cooperative. We enjoyed our stay in Pullman Saigon.
