This is my second stay at Pullman, 2 years in a row and the staff remembered me and made my stay such a wondersul expreience. While I was having breakfast at the La Cheminee restuarnt, Ms. Ngyoan came up to me cordially remembered me and gave me a warm welcome back to the hotel. She made me feel so welcome and once again, took cared of me everytime I dine at the restuarant. Waht a wonderful experience. I also want to comment the Vinh at the front desk checked me into the hotel (actually, I realised I forgot to reserve a room while I was checking in) in a calm manner and assured that I will have a room at the hotel. And Cuong the conceige also assisted me in making reservations at the other restuarants. I am awed by the professionalism of this team and I'm surely coming back next year. I will also highly recommend the hotel to my colleagues and friends traveling to Hanoi. The location is great, food and service at la Cheminee is fantatice as it offers a great varitey of breakfast option. And best of all is the service. Thank you team!

Always in good service and great experience staffs. Ms Huong at 10th flr Executive Lounge gave a professional grade of service during check out. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast at 10th flr was simple and good quiet atmosphere and good views.

The team looked after us so well provided us with an upgraded room and a small cake that was delicious. Your team laid out on the bed Rose petals in a love heart shape which is very beautiful.
