Excellent hospitality by Shubham, Rakesh, Mintu, Pastry Chef Khurshid and team. All items in the dinner buffet was well made and DELICIOUS. Birthday cake for my son was WOW! MUST CELEBRATE HERE. LIVE SITAR performance was too good ! Beautiful card made by Sneha. THANK U TEAM 'THE SQUARE'.

The food was well spread and really delicious. The Andhra fish curry, trio pudding and broccoli was out of the blue. Special thanks to Chef Mintu Vishwas for going out of the way to serve pasta for the kids!! The live music performance was also splendid by Mr Shahnawaz.

This is a good hotel. Its situated around 45 minutes from the airport. The bedroom was very comfortable and the shower was pretty good, there are times when the water is either not running as you would like or the pressure is very low. It's a busy hotel, that only has one restaurant, which is very busy for breakfast. The staff are all very nice, although they couldn't understand that I wanted my ride back to the airport at 10am and 3 times booked it for 11:45am. The room service menu is good and food usual arrives around 30 minutes after you order it. There is a swimming pool that I didn't use . One big issue that I had was when you enter the lift and the branding signs from Accor/Novotel tell you about how wonderful Accor are with recycling and how they dont do this and dont do that - then you walk into your bedroom and there are 4 plastic bottles of complimentary water sitting there. All over reception there are the smallest plastic bottles for you to take. This is very nice, but please dont tell people you are recycling and then display masses of single use plastic. Why dont you change the water in the rooms for glass bottles - this would be a lot cheaper for you also.

I visited the the Square with my friends. The chef Mintu prepared the mouthwatering food, veg/non-veg both. The staff was very cooperative too. The best experience to hangout with friends and family with the amazing food. I am gonna surely visit everytime I am nearby.
