Overall, the experience was good. Most staff were lovely and helpful, especially at the restaurants. There was however one staff member at reception on the night of check. I can't recall his name, but he may have been spanish or french? And was making phone calls to customers who were checking in the next day. I believe he was the gentleman that called me the day before we checked in. All other staff were great, but this staff member was quite rude and condescending when I would ask him questions. For example, I asked him a question about my Accor Silver membership and what the restaurant discount would be. I imagine he was a bit overwhelmed with his work, but he was quite condescending in his response. He didn't know the answer and instead of going and asking someone what the answer was re the discount for the restaurant and after I mentioned that I was under the impression my membership would give me a discount on meals, he then proceeded to guess and say that my status as a Silver member doesn't get a meals discount at the hotel and that it's only for silver plus members. Then before I could say anything further, in a fairly rude and condescending tone, he said okay bye. I went and asked the same question of the lady at the bar and she was lovely and confirmed that I do in fact get a discount as an Accor Member. This staff member at reception was not kind and was quite rude as a first interaction as a guest at a hotel. hope this gets addressed. Thanks

We had a loud group located next to our room. From 11.30pm to 3.30am they yelled, slammed doors, ran up and down the corridors and had loud phone conversations outside our door. Over four hours of awful behaviour. We asked them to quieten down (they were sitting outside our room in the hallway), but there was no change. We tried to use the QR code to call the concierge, but the phone disconnected multiple times stating there was a fault with the number (there are no phones in the rooms). Twice my husband had to get up and get dressed and go down to the concierge desk to request assistance. At 3.30am they finally came up, and asked if we wanted to have our room changed. Seriously - who wants to move at 3.30am?? Worst overnight experience we have ever encountered. Should have requested a full refund. The facilities and rooms were ok, but wouldn’t stay here again.
