The friendliness of the service is still the same reason why I decided to stay in this hotel again. From the check in experience to breakfast team, smiles and courtesy never leave their face. Slight note to tell: cleanliness of the room and food quality need to be improved. Thank you for Taufik in the breakfast restaurant who always has the sense of hospitality and attention to details. Happy to be back in this hotel.

the room was dusty, the bathroom had dead cockroaches and the air conditioner was not cold. I got a replacement AC room which was cooler but the room still had dust. unpleasant experience. until I got sick because I was allergic to dust
