I loved the overall experience of the hotel! Novotel is one of our favorite hotels. The pool was great. The food choices for breakfast were absolutely phenomena and delicious. The staff was amazing and so accommodating for my family of 5. My kids and I had a blast and the apaprtment was perfect for my kids. I also loved that it has a washing machine and dryer in one

friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. arrived early (before 2pm) but staff got a room ready for me very quickly. airport transportation was on time; car was clean and comfortable. great buffet breakfast. excellent wifi coverage throughout the hotel (but please consider enabling wifi encryption for higher level of security) room was large, clean, and had a great view. comfortable king size bed. many tv channels to choose from. everything in the room in good working condition (lights, shower, sink, toilet, fridge, etc.)

The overall experience was fine but as a platinum member expect a certain level of service when i stay with accor hotels. When we ordered for water, we were told that its only limited to one bottle per person per day which i have never heard from any other hotels even since I have been an accor member
