We (a family of 3 adults and 3 children) stayed at Pullman for 8 nights. 6 nights in the 2 bedroom beach villa with pool and then 2 nights in the 2 bedroom ocean pool villa. The villa’s are beautiful. Amazing attention to detail. Both the villa’s were huge and the outer area in both was so spacious and truely amazing. The bathrooms are so large and are fully equipped with everything you need. I didn’t expect the pool to be that large. My kids were pleasantly surprised by how large the pool was, didn’t feel crowded even with 6 of us in the pool. At 1.2m deep, it was the perfect depth for both adults and children. We are a hijab wearing Muslim family and we needed complete privacy in the garden area of the villa so we don’t have to wear the hijab when in the garden. When we realised there wasn’t complete seclusion to the side of the garden with the neighbours, we contacted reception and asked if they can possibly help us out. Within 15min we had a group of their staff creating the most professional coverage to the side of the garden (using parts of cutdown palm tree leaves). The final result was amazing, you could never tell that there was a man made coverage, you’d think it was just natural coverage made from bushes and trees planted there. Well done to the staff on their amazing job. No request was ever too much trouble. All the staff we came across were kind, friendly and always happy to help with any request we have. Always doing it with a smile on their face. The food was on another level. Everything was so tasty and fresh. So much variety and choices to choose from. My kids are fussy eaters and there was always something for them to eat. Even after 8 days we didn’t get bored of the food. I have to say that the buffet food at Melange was great as their were so many different stations and they would cook the food fresh for you there as well even though it was a buffet restaurant. They even grilled for us the fish we caught during our fishing trip. I really liked the fact that laundry allows everyone 6 items to be washed free of charge. As a family of 6 (with 3 children) this was a great bonus for me. There are so many activities for the kids to do and they never got bored. They even did a pizza making class at Melange which they thoroughly enjoyed. The sunset fishing and snorkelling were the highlight for my kids. A big shoutout to the guy doing the snorkelling (I forgot his name). It was my daughter’s first time snorkelling and bless him, he stayed with her for the whole time when they were in the water, making sure she was ok. He was pointing out all the cool fish and turtles they were seeing in the water. I really appreciate him helping her out the way he did. She now absolutely loves snorkelling. So to summarise it all, we had a fabulous time and it truely is heaven on earth. I highly recommend visiting this island and seeing its beauty for yourself. The staff there make it even more special. It definately is value for money for what you get and all the extra all-inclusive activities which are part of the package.

The staff are all friendly and there is a large variety of food and activities. The ocean is beautiful and the snorkeling at the edge of the reef is perfect. I went for a massage and it was super relaxing and comfortable done by Jannapa and Anoj Absolutely in love with our stay at this amazing resort!

We had wonderful welcome at resort, Many staff come to welcome us with Boduberu. Our room is very nice and big, we love the view. Nikita & Zoe explain everything to us, and it was very smooth experience after long journey. SPA : we try spa today Anoj and Janna did wonderful massage. Gagandeep in spa reception very helpful to choose the massage. We will come back
