This hotel is incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing experience. It’s the simple things that mean so much.. Like when I said I was chilly and the staff at the sushi bar handed me a shawl to keep me warm… or when the turndown service team neatly folded my pajamas and laid them across the bed. Every person I encountered was top notch and the service was impeccable! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

i find this truly appalling- a high end fairmont resort in maui charging nearly a thousand bucks a night for a room but at 10 pm you literally have ZERO options to get a beverage of any sort in this hotel. you literally can’t even get a sparkling water or a coke anywhere in the hotel! room service closed, restaurants closed, retail outlets closed, not even a vending machine anywhere in the hotel!! are you kidding me??

Your customer service was spot on. I own a business myself and can tell you, you have wonderful people. The few complaints were the room we had (389) was on a road. You miss represented the ocean view. Yes you could see the ocean, but for 1500 a night we shouldn't hear cars. We should here waves. My other complaint was the AMA restaurant closing at 5pm. Your staff said it was do to lack of staff? Regardless, a 5 star resort should have every restaurant open at least until 9. Thanks
