Beautiful and extremely accomodating

The property was beautiful, the service, especially on the beach was exceptional and the accomodations were spectacular - we got a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful 2 BR suite! Most of all I would like to compliment Daniel Gonzalez, our dedicated "go to" person... he was absolutely amazing!! Whatever we needed no matter how large or small he was on it without hesitation!! Thank you Daniel for making our trip that much better!!!

Great place to stay. Very nice room, super clean and we had most comfortable bed. We love the pool by the beach. Breathtaking view! Food was so good! We tried La Laguna for buffet breakfast and Bassano Restaurant for dinner! We had the best time experience. I would highly recommend. We’ll definitely comeback!

Just got back from 5 delightful days at the Fairmont Mayakoba and was so impressed with the property and staff that I needed to leave a review and will definitely go back. The resort itself is beautiful and so well maintained. We had a Signature Casita Suite on the lagoon which was beyond amazing! Lot's of restaurants to choose from my favorites being Tauro and lunch on my chaise at the beach! Need to give a special "Shout Out" to our Concierge Daniel Gonzalez. He was beyond delightful and made us feel so special and pampered. No question or request went unanswered or fulfilled within minutes...truly, truly a gem! Can't wait to go back! Candice Timmerman
