Location is amazing, and the hotel is good.

I love this hotel, primarily because of it's location. We return to it often. The triple room was fine, and the bathroom a bit snug. Hot water kettle, but no coffee maker. Service is unobtrusive. We didn't avail the food and beverage services.

Swissotel Makkah is one of the best hotels located within Haram. I have stayed at some other hotels within the same complex/Clock Tower, and Swissotel scores the best of all. We stayed there for some of March and April 2024.

Location is what makes this hotel good. It's definitely not 5 star, doesn't feel 5 star. It's very expensive and not really modern. Rooms are not modern and feel old. I wouldn't stay there again. For the price I paid I could've got a better hotel.
