Amazing stay with amazing front desk team. I would like to share my appreciation to Ms. Mary and Mr. George from the front desk team. They have changed the concept of the customer service to an extra level of service. The hotel is amazing and the location is not that far from the airport.

The stay in the Fairmont, Norfolk was very comfortable. The staff was courteous, food had really good vegetarian options for me and the location was convenient for my work in Nairobi.

I have been staying at this hotel for quite a few years now and unfortunately the level, the cleanliness and even the breakfast are not what they were. In the first room I got I found mice and in general the feeling is less pleasant than before. The staff is still kind and polite

Great steaks @ Tatu Norfollk Fairmont

Amazing dinner @ tatu. Steaks were made perfectly. Starter pear salad was a kaleidoscope of flavour. Great service from the chef who made a special desert to order. Elijah the waiter was excellent also. He should be a radio announcer. All round great experience. Will be back!!!!

Great service, cleanliness and staff

Fairmont the Norfolk has that old-time feel, preserving the beauty of a high class 1920s hotel. The pool is amazing, breakfast fantastic, and attention from staff impeccable. I appreciate the sheets set plus comforter setup. Too many hotels have ditched the top sheet, making for either a highly uncomfortable hot night or wasteful excessive cooling of the bedrooms. Towels are right sized and fluffy.
