I stayed for 5 nights for a business trip, but my room has not been cleaned for 4 days even I requested it several times at reception. There is no room service at all, no telephone in the room to communicate with reception so you have to go down to the reception. There is no laundry service. But when I make my reservation on Accor website, all this key information was missing so I thought everything should be available but it’s not. Disappointed experience with Ibis.

It is true that for some time now we have no longer arrange for automatic room cleaning. Nevertheless, this should of course be done at your request. There was probably a communication mistake here. We would like to apologise for this on behalf of the entire team. Of course, we will talk to the relevant colleagues to avoid this error in the future. I requested for invoice but repeatedly they asked me to fill the surey. Which does not make any sense. I'm completely disappointed by the customer service.
