The staff is very friendly and professional. I only spent one night and I have to say in the hotel, for one night is good enough; however, not for more than one night. It would a big improvement if you provide regular soap, shampoo, and conditioner and not the all in one that you have in the dispensers. Also, you might want to review the quality of your towels, some of them are very old. I have to say that the room was very clean but really small. Also, the room for handicaps could use some changes. For instance, it is desirable that the bed is not fixed agains the wall, handicaps cannot jump into the bed. Also, while the shower is super well equipped to aid handicapped people, it is not the case for the WC, the WC is too close to the wall, thus, to close to the support bar in the wall. You could add extra support with a bar in the other side of the WC. It is appreciated that the room for handicapped people has a phone, however, you may want to add a list of numbers to the concierge and reception of the hotel.
