Truly amazing

This was by far the best holiday resort we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. We stayed for 9 nights in a family suite garden view on the 3rd floor.. The room was very spacious and had a double balcony. The view itself was amazing. We were able to see the aqua park and the wave pool and the sun shining into our room every day from that side. The resort grounds are immaculately maintained. We enjoyed all of the facilities and the kids also loved the Rixy club. The pool areas are just amazing, and we spent most of the day by the main family pool. Absolutely loved the call button by each of the parasols whenever we wanted to order a drink or ice cream and the service was pretty good. The beach area was good too. Never was it crowded, plenty of beds to choose from too. Credit to all of the staff working there, you are all amazing and we couldn’t have had this experience without you. Special thanks to Marc (reception and our personal assistant), always there with a smile and to take care of any of our needs, Mae (restaurant), thank you for making our dinner experience so special and the kids just love you, Dr. Michael (mixologist), Rixy club staff for taking care of the kids ( our twins had a wonderful time with you). What else can I say about this wonderful resort. I could go on for ever but rest assured this is a beautiful place and we will definitely be returning again.

We were there during the storm, and this was dealt with by the Rixos staff brilliantly - so impressive to see. Good, clean, and well-maintained facilities. The Turquoise Restaurant was good, but the food was fairly repetitive and the drinks service was sometimes slow and unclear.

Absolutely awful. Terrible smell of drains that didn't go away and we were cast aside and left to suffer it. Dreadful restaurant booking system. No where near enough sun loungers, couldn't get one. People outside our door at 11.30pm at night waking us up messing with the electrics. Blood on sheets and needing them changed on our first night. Couldn't stand it any longer so we left after 3 nights when we were due to stay 9!
