The hotel is located in the greenest district of Krakow, Nowa Huta, which ranked 1st in the TOP 10 best areas to live in Europe in the British newspaper The Guardian. The hotel has 63 air-con rooms, decorated in a modern style and a conference room. Beds are extremely comfortable thanks to the special Sweet Bed mattresses. We meet the requirements of all market segments of both business and tourism.

Close distance to Center of Krakow, just 20 minutes drive, and a unique urban space are advantages of the location. In the immediate vicinity there is a picturesque park with a free Graduation Tower. The hotel is close to the EXPO International Convention Centre and the Tauron Arena. Within a few kilometers from our hotel, the "Krakow - Nowa Huta Przyszlosci" project is being implemented.

Very high standard, room and corridors were clean. Breakfast extremely well prepared by professional stuff with big variety of bread, cheese and treated meat. Stuff is helpful and eager to assist with queries and make a pleasant stay at the facility. Highly recommended

Bad experience

There was a good renovation in the hotel. However, everything gets worse with bad organization and horrible service. When coming out of the room, we pressed the button so that they clean up our room. When we came back to our room in the evening, we saw that our wet towels weren’t changed, our garbage bin was overfilled. We were devastated because we came back from the water park and couldn’t take a shower. We all were really devastated and sad. No one refilled us nor with water, nor with the tea. Breakfast in the morning was extremely minimal. When you come at 9 am, then many plates were empty and had no food. They are just staying there empty and no one refills them. You can’t have any choice because you have to eat what is left, even though you might not like it. Then why are we paying for breakfast and have to eat just whatever? For the free drink that was offered was available only beer, wine and juice. We wanted to stay for one more night, but were forced to change our mind and moved to another hotel. Can’t recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Very clean, very new, nice rooms, toilet floor heating, perfectly working A/C. Very nice staff. Unfortunately quite far from the Old Town. Free parking in front of the hotel

OK but pricey

The hotel was fine (far away from the centre of Krakow in Nowy Hutta but that's where we wanted). The room was pleasant and breakfast was tasty. However, the price (460PLN for one night) was rather steep for what it was.
