Great location

Great location, close to beach, tram and the heart of Surfers. Clean rooms. Showers were great. Unfortunately noisy so needed ear plugs. The Beach club is located next door, so if you are after a bit of quiet ish downtime, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Bugs galore

First night we woke up to bed bugs. Changed rooms, and spent the following 6 nights with cockroaches. Photos featuring bed bug, and cockroaches we squished (also a toe nail? From a previous guest). To the hotels credit, they did wash our stuff following my request. Very disappointed to pay what we did for the week and have to deal with this though, and the hassle of sanitizing and ensuring we don't bring an infestation home

Cheap , dirty, rundown, good location

Our room was on level 6. At around 9pm, we saw cockroach coming out from under the stool. We called reception who said that she will come up. At 9.30pm, a house man came up with 2 bottle of cockroach spray. We were shocked at how they responded. We have 6 months old baby with us, but a man came with 2 bottles of spray? So we requested a room change. We got given room in high floor but overall still have dust here and there everywhere. Good location though, can easily walk to shops and restaurants. No bottle water provided in the room. Dental kit need to be purchased.
