Poor customer service and lack of cleaning

The room smelled mouldy and musty. There was a dirty pair of underpants left behind by the previous occupant that the cleaners neglected to remove. As an ALL Gold status customer i requested a late check-out and was offered 1 hour. It was a Tuesday, following the conclusion of school holidays. I find it hard to believe that the room was to be occupied. The one time we wanted to use the 'buggy service' we were advised it was 'broken' despite there being 3 identical buggies parked in the garage when we walked up the hill. Overall a pretty poor performance and a stay that we won't be repeating.

Peppers Noosa is located close to the beach which suited our children and grandchildren very well. Of course the 3 pools we had access to also made our stay even more enjoyable. Our 5 bedroom apartment was spacious and suited the 4 couples and 4 grandchildren.

Really enjoyed our stay in 4 bedroom villa. Great reception staff and friendly concierge/buggy service. Awesome location just off Hastings st. Only downside was room service. We ordered once and it was late and very poor quality food.
