Hotel is beautiful, we loved it. The staff could not do enough for you. Spa was amazing and stayed open so late. We had it to ourselves most evenings. Jakob went above and beyond. Always had a friendly face and always keen to greet us. Only down fall was no English channels on the tv in the room accept news and they have removed the option to link your phone to the tv so you can watch some shows after a long day of walking.

My husband and I arrived at this hotel and from walking up the steps and walking in the hotel it definitely has the wow factor. The beautiful fragrance that hits you as you enter the hotel and throughout and the furnishings, ambience, attention to detail it is OPPULENT in every way. The staff are so polite, welcoming, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The room was outstanding and the decor stunning. Attention to detail is fantastic. We ate in the Gavi resturant for breakfast one morning and the food and layout was amazing, had a meal in the Gavi resturant in the evening and again the food was outstanding and the service was amazing and we had an amazing birthday meal for my husband. The opus bar is beautiful and cocktails are fab and service fantastic. The pool area is amazing and it is one of the nicest pool areas we have been too. Everything about this hotel is WOW, WOW, WOW. Although this hotel is stunning it is the staff who make it. Each staff member we met( sorry I didn't quite get everyones names) were amazing, polite, friendly, kind and are a credit to this hotel. Weronika, Pavel, Rafael, Christoph, Sylwia, Maya, Ilona, Jacob, housekeeping staff, opus bar staff your all amazing and keep being amazing. Thankyou to everyone for amazing hospitality, we are so grateful to experience this gem of an hotel and if in Krakow again this hotel would be our choice.
