Un hotel ristrutturato a metà. Stanze vetuste

Ho soggiornato solo una notte. Buona la posizione con il parcheggio gratuito (cosa non da poco), ricca la colazione. Alla reception una ragazza siciliana molto simpatica e con uno splendido sorriso ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Molto belle e moderne la hall e la sala ristorante ma non posso dire lo stesso della camera, una vera delusione. I miei figli non hanno potuto dormire sul divano letto che aveva delle molle fuoriuscite ed era troppo scomodo. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare in 4 nel letto matrimoniale e di conseguenza nessuno di noi ha potuto dormire bene. Non si possono offrire delle quadruple con un letto del genere (nemmeno gli ostelli sono così). La moquette nella stanza non era il massimo e il bagno con la vasca presentava segni di muffa. È un peccato che un hotel del genere non abbia le stanze ristrutturate.

I am sorry that not everything went perekt during your stay and especially that there were problems with the sofa bed. We are already in the process of replacing all the sofas and have been able to renew a good half of the rooms in the first move. Currently we are waiting for the notification that the rest are available so that we can replace them as well. Please excuse the fact that the bathroom has not been flawless either. I have informed our house technicians and we will fix the problem immediately. I am very pleased that my colleague at the reception was able to help you so competently and friendly. Ho raggiunto il luogo del congresso a cui dovevo prendere parte facilmente. Non ho dato 10 punti perché in camera c'era odore di sigaretta nonostante fosse una camera non fumatori

Unfortunately, this is ignored by some guests and then not always noticed by staff, some of whom are smokers themselves and cannot always perceive it. Il tempo passa e si vede

Passano gli anni ma il Novotel Frankfurt City West è sempre uguale a sè stesso, fin troppo, con i suoi pregi e i suoi difetti. Dopo una ventina d'anni che lo frequento posso infatti dire che sarebbe ora di fare una piccola rinnovazione, per esempio nell'arredamento. Non che non sia valido però sente un pochino il peso degli anni. Il letto invece viene rinnovato periodicamente e l'attuale soluzione è valida. Il piatto doccia nonostante i rilievi ha il piano scivoloso ed è pericoloso. Buona la posizione, comodo e tranquillo non fosse per il treno che passa proprio a fianco. Nei periodi di fiera i prezzi delle camere raggiungono valori assurdi, oltre 350 euro a notte sono esagerati come rapporto qualità/prezzo Personale gentile e disponibile anche se con limitata conoscenza delle lingue: non si parla francese in un hotel di proprietà di un gruppo francese.

Dear Piero, thank you very much for your detailed review. I am very pleased that you have been a loyal guest of our hotel for so long. Of course, we have also made some renovations in that time. For example, we have already repeatedly renewed our lobby, the restaurant and our bar since the last complete renovation. However, you are right that now also the rooms could use some love. The general condition is still okay, but it's just as you say, you can feel the age. This refers especially to the sterile design of the era. I really hope we can do something about that in the next few years and I will pass on your feedback to the appropriate departments. As far as the language skills of our employees are concerned, they are very diverse and we also have employees who speak French. However, not all of them, of course. Since we have a lot of international customers, we require at least a basic command of English for our front office staff, but many speak at least one other foreign language. Even though our group is based in France, the main criterion in our hiring process is not a command of the French language, but rather hospitality skills. However, I am pleased that we seem to be successful in this and that you have felt at home with us for so many years.
