Soggiornato per un weekend dal 22/03 al 24/03. A due passi dal centro e dalla metropolitana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Accoglienza calorosa e supporto per ogni richiesta

Posizione molto comoda, tram vicinissimo stazione vicina.. Karlplatz a 5 minuti a piedi... anche se tra il parco e la stazione girano brutte facce... Ma accompagnati tutto ok.. Pulizia lascia desiderare... Polvere dimenticata da tanto tempo.. Per esempio sul filo del l'asciugacapelli.. Sullo scaffale in alto vicino alla tv... Tenda macchinata di marrone (?) parete sotto la tv sbrodolato di qualche liquido.. Scale delle parti comune sono rimaste sporche alla stessa maniera per 3 giorni (poi noi siamo andati via..)..

La posizione è ottima a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Staff gentile e disponibile, ambiente pulito e accogliente. camera pulita e ben riscaldata. Unico difetto un pò piccola e quindi manca qualche appendiabito in più . Per il resto buon rapporto qualità prezzo .
