En arrivant à l'hôtel, j'ai été immédiatement enchantée par l’accueil impeccable. Dès le premier pas dans le hall, j'ai su que j'allais passer un bon séjour. Alors que je me préparais pour ma journée en ville. Fatema et Rimsha ont été très gentille et m’ont offert la carte d’Abudhabi et m’ont aussi proposé la possibilité d’un late checkout ce qui était très pratique. Cette attention aux détails et ce service exceptionnel ont vraiment fait la différence pour moi. Je recommande vivement l’hôtel Adaggio pour son staff toujours serviable et à l’écoute.

Das Hotel war schlecht. Auf den Fotos sieht das Hotel neu aus, aber war es nicht. Die Möbel waren zerkratzt und alt. In den Badezimmern gab es keine Tücher, deswegen mussten wir um Tücher bitten. Das Personal war okay, dennoch kamen die Tücher spät. Als wir eingechekt haben, war der Boden feucht und das Klima war eiskalt. Dazu stanken die Badezimmer nach Urin. Einfach nur enttäuschend

Hotel molto sporco, soprattutto la cucina, puzza nei corridoi , mancanza di materiale da cucina, mancanza fono !

Se vi chiedono un deposito, non vi aspettate che vi sia rimborsato. Stanze datate, pulizia nella media. Il personale adetto alle pulizie e alla manutenzione è molto gentile. Palestra ben fornita.
