Personale estremamente cordiale e affabile. Stanza pulita e comoda. Peccato perché si poteva percepire odore di aria inquinata dentro la stanza, ma Jakarta era obiettivamente irrespirabile.

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, l'hotel è dotato di tutti i comfort descritti ed è posizionato in una zona molto bella con molti servizi: centro commerciale e molti ristoranti. Lo staff dell'hotel è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. La colazione molto buona e abbondante! Grazie per la bella esperienza.

A parte l’ottima posizione non sono per nulla contento di alcune lacune di questa struttura. Per iniziare il prezzo per la camera con colazione è troppo alto per essere un 4 stelle,che di fatto ha un bagno di piccole dimensioni,poco spazio per riporre i vestiti e ultimo frigo bar vuoto e nessun snack usufruibile.
