In qualsiasi posto nel mondo abbia utilizzato struttura Novotel è stata sempre ottima esperienza. Qui in Yogiakarta non posso dare il massimo del punteggio per la struttura.Trovato punti molto trascurati , soprattutto il bagno della camera . Porta scorrevole rotta che non chiudeva a dovere , sanitari e rivestimenti troppo vissuti per un hotel 4 stelle. Anche la biancheria da bagno molto old e non proprio profumata. La camera però, nonostante io abbia poca simpatia per la moquette ,è stato piacevole soggiornarci. Letto molto comodo, lenzuola di tessuto di qualità , grande TV , spaziosa e gradevole arredamento.

Hotel cukup berada pusat kota. Saya stay 2 malam di kamar tipe standar, meskipun hotel digunakan juga untuk acara rapat (meeting) namun pelayanan yang diberikan untuk tamu individu cukup memuaskan, terutama pelayanan dari Kak Lasmi bagian Front Office yang sangat humble, suasana kamar nyaman dan fasilitas kolam renangnya OK. Menurut saya adanya poolbar yg terletak di rooftop menjadi nilai plus hotel ini karena bisa digunakan untuk bersantai sembari menikmati makanan dan suasana malam hari kota Yogyakarta.

Kenyamanan kamar sangat memuaskan semua fasilitas ada dikamar,terutama kolam renang sangat mrmuaskan,pelayanan sangat ramah penuh dengan senyum,tempat sangat dekat malioboro sehingga jalaan kaki saja sudah cukup..

Lokasinya sangat amat strategis yang mau ke malioboro cuma jalan kaki aja gak ada 5 menit. Rofftop nya juga bagus kalo cuma mau stay aja di hotel. Gak bingung lagi kalo malem malem cari makan atau mau keluar kamar semua terfasilitasi dengan lokasi dan hotel yang baik
