Hotel improponibile…. aspetti NEGATIVI: ci sono più ascensori riservati al personale che agli ospiti, attese infinite per poter scendere e salire. Sala colazioni imbarazzante con 40 piani di camere c’è posto per appena il 10%, qualità colazione pessima, caos infinito, nessuna distinzione fra chi alloggia negli appartamenti piuttosto che nelle suite. In 5 giorni abbiamo provato ad andarci sempre in orari diversi …,un caos assurdo non si trova posto …mai! Ho alloggiato in una suite al 33 piano UNICA nota positiva camera grande ma sporca, asciugamani di pessima qualità e sempre pochi. Dal 33 piano si sente il rumore della strada a 8/9 corsie sottostante. Da evitare con questo prezzo di trova di molto meglio. Non capisco le recensioni positive che purtroppo mi hanno tratto in inganno!!!

Buon hotel e ottima posizione... praticamente sopra la metropolitana.Suite molto spaziosa e ben arredata. Divano non troppo pulito....il resto ok. Bagno molto grande, letto comodo e ampio.La colazione appena accettabile . Io uso solo la parte dolce che era scarsa e non di gran qualità.Nell' insieme consigliabile

ma stiamo scherzando ? arrivo in albergo , come se fosse un autogrill camera sporca e per disabili il giorno dopo si cambia ma è sempre sporca alla reception nessuno parla nessuna lingua e fingono d non capire . ma ogni gg un problema prima l’acqua calda che non funziona e quindi costretti a fare la doccia fredda poi rimaniamo senza asciugamani e le portano solo dopo aver chiamato 3 volte camera sporchissima nessuna pulizia colazione senza parole la sera nel ristorante i bambini non entrano (indovinate perché !) che vergogna mai e mai più ritornerei in questo albergo la delusione è alle stelle , lo schifo è tantissimo

Posizione ottima vicino metro . appena arrivati non c'è rano le stanze prenotate, dopo un po' ci hanno trovate due stanze, una camera era per disabili ed il bagno dopo la doccia era sempre pieno di acqua. Il giorno dopo cambiato stanza porta del bagno non si chiudeva, in bagno niente shampoo ne bagnoschiuma né asciugamani il terzo letto non era pronto .alle 1 di notte abbiamo chiamato la reception per preparare il letto. Pessima esperienza.

Esperienza meravigliosa ❤️ vicinissimo alla fermata della metro...staff eccellente ,camere spaziose e pulite!! Colazione a buffet con la possibilità di scegliere di tutto dal dolce al salato. Una nota positiva va sicuramente a Hey Them unico in reseption a parlare ITALIANO...che nn è da tutti qui a Dubai!!! Grazie per la tua disponibilità e gentilezza 🤩🤩🤩🤩
