In quarant'anni di viaggi, é certamente tra i migliori hotel in cui io abbia mai soggiornato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo fantastico. Struttura moderna e centralissima... pochi passi e si é nel cuore di Yangon. Personale di altissimo livello . Camera molto grande, in cui nulla é lasciato al caso grazie ad una dotazione assolutamente completa. Pulizia accuratissima ovunque. Spazi comuni accoglienti e finemente arredati. Colazione fantastica per tutti i palati. Per noi italiani il ristorante " E Cucina " al secondo piano, é una garanzia assoluta, con un plauso allo Chef sempre presente ad ogni tavolo, pronto a renderci partecipi del suo amore per la cucina. Fast Check-out efficiente, e quindi velocissimo, ma resta il peggior momento del soggiorno, perché uscire da questo hotel é un gran dolore. Complimenti.

Sono un cliente Platinum Accor. Ho provato a prenotare in questo albergo attratto dalle recensioni e dalla posizione, oltre che dal servizio che ritenevo avrei potuto ottenere da un Pullman. Ho provato a prenotare online ma il sistema collegato all'albergo ha: 1) rifiutato la mia Amex. Un albergo 5 stelle che non ha American Express? mai visto! 2) Rifiutato la mia Visa. La mia carta scadrà a fine giugno 2020, quindi pienamente valida oltre che con plafond capiente. Desideravo prenotare una stanza per 3 giorni con colazione inclusa a tariffa NON RIMBORSABILE e non modificabile in quanto più conveniente in termini economici ma il loro sistema online blocca l'inserimento, così come il call center Accor. Mi si suggerisce di prenotare direttamente con l'albergo, a cui scrivo prontamente, ma, in modo non comprensibile rifiutano di procedere vista la scadenza al 30 di giugno NONOSTANTE LA TARIFFA NON RIMBORSABILE! Ovviamente al mio arrivo avrò quella nuova. Prospettano di acquistare la tariffa libera, ma con un aggravio di 146 euro...inoltre precisano che molti i privilegi come Platino sono al momento sospesi o forniti in modo minore in quanto in ristrutturazione, COSA NON PRECISATA SUL LORO SITO!!! Nessuna attenzione al cliente! Nessuna elasticità mentale! Poca trasparenza!Da un Pullman ci si aspetta ben altro servizio...e se questo capita in fase di prenotazione ...................................... Non ho l'abitudine di scrivere recensioni negative di questo tipo, ma questa volta non ho resistito. Ovviamente Yangon offre altri alberghi a 5 stelle che hanno accolto immediatamente la mia AMEX, sempre nel gruppo ACCOR...

Please be inform that after investigation, it has come to our attention that when bookings are made through the official AccorHotels website, the type of card and card expiry have a strict restriction. The AMEX method of payment is now no longer available due to the changes in banking policy. Currently, we are waiting for the approval from the bank to accept AMEX. SOGGIORNO FANTASTICO A YANGON

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel alla fine del nostro tour in Myanmar ed è stato veramente rilassante. Situato in ottima posizione centrale, punto di partenza per una bella passeggiata nel centro di Yangon, ci ha colpiti positivamente appena entrati nella hall anche grazie allo staff molto gentile e disponibile. L'edificio è molto bello (abbiamo saputo solo più tardi che l'hotel ha aperto nel Febbraio 2018) e la nostra camera era enorme, pulitissima, comodissima e con una splendida vista sulla città. Belle la palestra, con macchinari nuovissimi, e la piscina. Ottimi anche i ristoranti: il "Merchant" e soprattutto l'italiano "E' Cucina", dove abbiamo cenato perché ormai bisognosi di assaporare dei gusti "di casa" e che non ci ha delusi con le sue prelibatezze e gli ingredienti italiani di ottima qualità. Consigliamo veramente questo bellissimo hotel!
