Desde que llegas el personal es muy atento, el hotel precioso, con unas vistas ya desde la recepción maravillosas. La decoración es excepcional en todas las estancias. La habitación amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de descanso. Nuestra habitación tenia vistas al mar desde una terraza con barandilla de cristal para ver el mar incluso desde la cama. La variedad de servicios que ofrece, el personal tan implicado y el cómodo paseo para llegar a Dubronik a pie nos ha encantado. Utilizamos el servicio de comidas en la habitación, el servicio fue rápido, la comida muy rica y el precio acorde al sitio en el que estábamos. Le doy las gracias especialmente a Franica, nuestra amable traductora de español, era su primer día y no lo pudo hacer mejor, te auguramos un gran futuro y te deseamos todo lo mejor. También gracias a Rosana y Lea, simpáticas, amables y muy atentas con nosotras. Lo recomiendo y espero volver muy pronto.

L'hotel e' buono ma non adeguato al numero di stelle assegnate. Ci sono state delle imperfezioni che in un hotel a 5 stelle non dovrebbero succedere. Es. Un vino bianco , seppur buono, servito a temperatura ambiente con un calice che arrivava dalla cucina e non versato al tavolo, fanno scadere il servizio.

Abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita (polvere sui pavimenti e vetri sporchi). Per il resto niente da dire.
