Great staycation for families

The room was spacious. We got the executive studio with 2 single beds. The room was huge, it has a kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, and 2-door ref. They didn’t have bottled water but the water from the faucet has filter. It also had a sofa, big full mirrors, and lots of cabinets. The CR has a TV and a bidet which I loved and was quite bigger than usual (but not that huge lol) which was good. The breakfast buffet had great selections also. The hotel has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The location was like a 5 minute walk to SM Podium and around 10 minute walk to SM Megamall (via SM podium). The heartists (staff) were also so nice and warm!!! Overall, we loved our stay here and we’ll surely go back!

Service was excellent, from booking our stay via All.com, to checking out the next day. All of the staffs were so courteous, efficient, and very helpful. We love their lobby, room, pool and rooftop bar. Definitely our favorite hotel in Manila!

Aside from the perks of being an Accor member like room upgrade and late checkout, service rendered by the hotel staff was truly exceptional. It's such a welcome sight to see smiles and hear greetings from staff that you come across in the hotel premises. Additional requests for amenities were also quick to be provided by housekeeping. The location of the hotel is ideal also for tourists with numerous malls within just a short walk away. Kudos to the hotel for doing such a great job.

Stayed here on my short trip to Manila and everything went well. Location and sevice was on top notch. Check-in, especially check-out was smooth and fast. Good that they have an express check out service just nice to catch up with my flight. Heard about the Accorplus membership and its' benefits and considering to purchase one soon, as a regular patron guest of Accor hotels!

E' un albergo di soli appartamenti (suite) a Ortigas, molto vicino a molti centri commerciali (Podium, Robinson, Megamall, ecc...) e ristoranti. Gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi, personale gentile, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi problema. C'è una grande piscina con idromassaggio al sesto piano. WiFi gratuito in tutto l'albergo. Un albergo eccellente, sicuramente tornerò qua la prossima volta che tornerò a Manila!
