Motosiklet fuarı için geldiğim, güzel İstanbulumda sadece 2 gecemi güzel geçireyim diye Mercure hoteli seçtim. 4 yıldızlı ve adı bilindik bir hotel olduğu için. Hotel odası çok kötüydü. Hotel in en kötü yerinde bodrum katında bir odaydı.sadece iki gece kalıcaz diye mi verildi o oda bilemiyorum. Çifte standart!!mı bilemedim .Reklam fotolarından çok farklıydı. Tuvalett ve yatak iç içeydi. Lavabo hemen kapının ağzında. Verilen parayı hiç haketmiyordu. Sokak aralarındaki pansiyonlar daha iyi olabilirdi.

Öncelikli olarak sayın misafirimiz biz çiftte standart yapmıyoruz. Sizin rezervasyon odanızın bir üst katagorisinde oda verdik sizlere.Ayrıca bodrum katıy değil giriş katı dediğimiz grand floor kat. kaldığınız oda.Reklam forolarında gördüğünüz odanın fiyatı farklıdır. O rakamı ödemek isteyipo dada rezervasyon yapabilirdiniz.! Sokak aralarında ki bir sürü pansiyonun ne durumda olduğunu da bizden iyi biliyorsunuz. Lütfen yorumlarınızı yazarken yanıltıcı değil realistik olmanızı isterdik. Saygılarımızla

good location, nice pool/sauna/hammam. On the negative side, room are extremely dark (even after you get all lamps repaired, which is not an easy thing to get). Service overall rather inefficient, the "highlight" being the restaurant at the entrance, where you need to have reception phone the only waiter because he keeps disappearing. They have no clue about the drinks on their menu, we had to explain that long island ice tea is not just ice tea - they ended up being 3 people to make a cocktail, which in the end was not good. Housekeeping is inconsistent, most days it was very good but one person in particular was doing her job very partially (one day we witnessed the room cleaning done in 3mn, and she refused to give us water bottles while it was usually refilled daily !)

Отель отличный за свою стоимость , номерной фонд среднего сегмента , но при этом достаточно просторный и чистый ,хороший cleaning (каждый день уборка и смена постельного белья и полотенец), удобные кровати и подушки . Завтраки не брали, мини-бар платный , в кофейном уголке всегда вода ,чай/кофе. Рекомендуем 👍🏼

Odaları geniş,temizlik gayet iyiydi,kahvaltısı yeterli her tür çeşit var ama alt katta hiç pencere yok,çalışanlar çok ilgili,internette sorun yok,çarşının tam içinde,AVM lere çok yakın,bina olarak eski bir yapı ama bakımlı,birde şunu eklemek isterim kaldığım odada banyo gideri çok iyi çalışıyordu ,hiç su birikmedi 😊,genelde otellerde bu konu sorun olur ,otopark imkanı nasıl bilmiyorum ama yardımcı olurlar herhalde,her şey için teşekkürler
