We stayed for 2 nights. Everything went well. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very helpful. I had a problem with m registration and they helped me.

Room is fine but location awful

The staff were kind and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. But the location only works if you have a car. Surroundings are grim and getting there from central Antwerp was pure hell. The error was made by my travel agent so I do not fault Novotel. Only upside was nearby Hechi restaurant the only eatery within many kilometers which offers a fixed price buffet that is very good if you are very hungry.
