It was a comfortable stay, was given a room with deck. Convenient to places nearby, overall would like to go again. I also had an event there.

Location is top notch. Service was good, shoutout to Laisa from Boda retaurant 👍 The only complain that I have is the bad/slow internet connection. For a hotel under Accor hotels it is one of the slowest internet connection that I have experienced in recent years.

We really enjoyed our stay, can’t really fault anything. The room was lovely, the chocolate hour was a good addition and the cocktails on the rooftop bar were chefs kiss! Had a bit of miscommunication with parking but was resolved. Thank you!

Our stay was alright minus the issues we had with our toilet, we had someone come 3 times to fix our toilet. The third time was while we were out and when we got back at 11pm the toilet still was continuously flushing for about 5 minutes by this time we were over trying.

Nice hotel, but…..

The service was lovely from the front desk and housekeeping, and we loved our room with its view, but the bed was very uncomfortable and we were appalled at what we were charged for breakfast - $42 per person and all the hot food was COLD! Not good for a hotel that classifies itself at 5 stars. The best part was Chocolate Hour. Sad to say we won’t return for future stays nor recommend you to friends.
