Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was clean and was given extra tea and milk when asked.

There was a terrible noise all night that kept many of us on the 8th floor awake all night. Something mechanical from the roof, possibly the air con. When we complained the following day the hotel accommodated by moving 3 groups of us (3 separate rooms) down to level 4. They moved our bags for us too whilst we were out all day. Buffet breakfast was amazing!!! Plenty of variety, all warm and delicious.

Very disappointing. 1 As you enter only one lift working, carpet extremely dirty in the lift. 2 No decent coffee mugs only stupid little cups. 3 No shower recess, shower over bath and nothing to hang onto for support (Dangerous for elderly people) 4 Toilet cistern make top up noises all night Will never stay in this Mecure hotel in the future

Clean, well located, with friendly staff. Also having meals and drinks available on site is great if you don’t want to go out
