Front desk sluggish and could use upgrading by training. Dining very average. Breakfast buffet OK but could be improved.

Regularly stay at this hotel but the checkin process takes too long leading to significant delays when a queue forms. Doesn’t make sense that the check in staff need to tap away on a keyboard for 5 minutes when all my details have been provided in advance. Should be a 1 minute process to hand over the room key.

Not a very great experience, parking was a challenge and quite a maze. Rooms were okay, but quite outdated. Restaurant seems to be very pricey and very limited as was the room service menu, No one bothered to pick the Room Service call and no response as well
