Hotel is situated within a fantastic location, 2mins from the Colosseum. Superb rooftop views. All of the staff are friendly and extremally helpful. Beds are really comfy. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again, highly recommended.

Perfect location and staff are excellent

The location is perfect. You are basically a few minutes from the Colosseum. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. We also got an early checkin and late checkout due to silver status . There was also complimentary water in the minibar and a free welcome drink. These are appreciated and for sure the accor loyalty scheme is worth it. However considering that we paid an average of 340 EUR per night I expected better from the rooms. This is a four star hotel, but rooms do show signs of ageing. The floor carpeting had evident staining and both main and bathroom doors had parts showing bare eaten away layered wood and the lower layers of the wood. Also lighting in the room needs improving. Even with all lights on we could barely see the contents of our bags near the mini bar area. We had to keep the bathroom door open with the chair to get more lighting. The hotel does not have a restaurant,but a bistro. There is some selection of pasta , salads and desserts. However note that food is prepared beforehand. Breakfast is excellent with a good selection and staff ready to assist in anything. For the above reasons I gave a 7 In conclusion location is excellent, staff are extremely helpful and service is excellent , particularly the additional accor benefits,but considering that we paid over 1000 EUR for just 3 nights and that this is a 4 star hotel I expected much better from the rooms. It's all in the details.

So very central. Basic room, however all that you need when only sleeping and showering. You will be far too busy exploring beautiful Rome. Staff were fantastic. Walk our the door and the Colosseum is right there ... just metres away. Magical. I would stay there again.

We had a great stay for our family trip! The staff was amazing and very helpful. We have one guest that had mobility issues and they ensure proper facilities and help! The view from the rooftop too was great! Near colosseum and other tourist spots!
