my one complaint was that the room was pretty warm as the AC did not really cool off the room. The breakfast was a nice bonus as well.

Good Facilities & Location. Not too far from Geneva Train Station (Gare Cornavin). Front desk staff are nice and friendly. On contrary with Housekeeping team where we found them difficult to understand.

Good stay. Nice room. Milk in fridge and extra tea/coffee would be appreciated, plus blanket/extra covers for bed. Air conditioning slightly chilly.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable.

Regarding check-in, in line with the group contract, the check-in time is 4 pm, we endeavoured to have rooms ready as promptly as possible, however, on days of full occupancy there can be delays and the hotel was fully booked the night before. Additionally, we apologize for the temporary disruption with one of our elevators which, we understand, could have caused some difficulty for your group's departure. Please rest assured that maintaining fully operational facilities is a priority for us, and such instances are certainly not reflective of our usual standards.
