Location was spot on. Have good connectivity to central London. Walkable distance all nearby Greenwich attractions. Hotel is safe with all facilities. Family room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Restaurant at the reception was good as well. Enjoyed the stay.

Great experience, will come back again. Staff was really friendly and they have good customer service. Especially Noël was really friendly and made sure I received my food quickly. Everything was perfect and I can definitely recommend the Novotel London Greenwich.

Hotel doesn't libe up to Novotel standards

Several family members stayed at the Novotel as it was my daughters wedding. The hotel rooms were EXTREMELY hot. They staff looked at the air conditioning, but several of us needed fans in the room. All staff were very professional and the food at breakfast was lovely. There was a good choice .

Well locared, not too noisy despite being beside the train station.

Executive family room was correct, the queen size bed was comfortable, the sofa bed less so. The bathroom was off the bedroom with a window door, therefore disturbing the sleeping people in the morning. The toilets were separate, which was great. The bathroom was smelling of the drains and the pressure in the shower was non-existent. We reported the smell at reception. The view from the small window was impressive. Breakfast was good. Good value for London.
