Check in was great got our keys early thanks too Salim he was very friendly and helped us alot. Breakfast was not good constant ques and food tasted cold and cheap. Room was average for 3 adults the pull out bed was more for a child i would say. I would return as friendly staff and clean rooms

Good location. Fast checkin. Nice rooms. absolutely rubbish checkout. Asked for the bill - “It will be emailed” and the address confirmed. Phoned later that day and was told the same thing. No invoice. Requested via the app twice the following day. No response. Phoned on the Friday night again and was told it was emailed. Received a blank information invoice by mail. Obviously that won’t work. Managed to get someone to print and scan to me. Finally.

Excellent service with friendly efficient staff. Was able to check in a bit early which was much appreciated. Amenities are basic- could do with drawers as well as a room fridge and phone. No body lotion face cloths or tissues and average quality towels and sheets. Lots of usb/c- type ports & power outlets though. Nicely renovated rooms but form has triumphed over function Eg side tables compliment room design but are small so things fall off and have no drawers . Contact room service and general inquiries is made through accessing a QR code to a website. Absolutely need a device with you. Well set up for business travellers with space to work. Overall good value for £ in comparison.

Why is it so difficult to get immediately the invoice (as frequently is Accor hotels)? You should get the invoice automatically as soon as you check-out: why is it not the case? However, the room was all right and good value for money (in London).
