Well located hotel

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of the city center and close to a parking garage, so perfectly located. The room was old and outdated and in the bathroom, there was a nasty smell and you could see some dirty spots on the walls. Also, the room was very noisy, I could hear all the people walking by the room and in the rooms next door.

The Room had a bad smell due to sewer smell, the 3rd floor was almost complete under construction, the first late afternoon/early evening, I heared workers busy. The breakfast was rather good/complete, and Parking possibility was in the direct vicinity.

Despite the anticipation of a ready and welcoming room, I encountered an initial hurdle that required me to contact the reception not once, but twice, to address an issue with the connecting room. To my dismay, the problem was not merely about access; when I finally entered the connecting room, I was greeted by an unsettling sight—it had not been cleaned and was left in a disarray. This unexpected situation was not only disappointing but also a stark contrast to the professional standards I had anticipated from such a reputable establishment. In response to the inconvenience, the hotel kindly offered me a complimentary voucher for drinks—a gesture I appreciated but ultimately chose not to utilize. While I recognize and thank the hotel for this attempt at service recovery, the initial shortcomings significantly impacted my overall experience. Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to explore other accommodations for my future stays. I hope my feedback serves as a constructive tool for the hotel to improve its service quality. Ensuring that rooms are thoroughly prepared for new guests is fundamental, and attention to such details is crucial for enhancing guest experiences moving forward.
