I was put in a room right next to the busy road despite the hotel being empty. As a result, I couldn’t get to sleep for hours because of the road noise. Why not put me in a room overlooking the garden? Dinner and breakfast - as a vegan, you had one main dinner option which is a salad? Instead, I ordered your soup of the day which was marked vegan but was served to me with dairy butter! The gyozas were marked as vegan but had an egg allergy warning next to them?! Breakfast had no vegan butter out and t he pot of marmite was disgusting. Anything cooked was an extra charge. Parking also cost £10.

Stay was ok, certain parts of room were a bit tired, ground and main hotel lobby and bar were nice. Staff were welcoming. We were a little bit disappointed that we advised that this was a wedding night stay and it wasn’t acknowledged…

We can’t thank Burford Bridge hotel enough for hosting our wedding reception on 13th April this year. Our wedding was truly perfect from start to finish. We had the Rose package which was really good value for money with lots included. The food was delicious, the wines and Prosecco were really lovely, and the service on the day was fantastic. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure we could relax and enjoy our day, and so many of our guests commented on how flexible and accommodating the staff were. Kiki and Sarah made sure all our requests for the day were noted, Will the manager on the day was really helpful and organised, and Manny who was in charge of the table service was so kind and professional. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better day. The barn is so beautiful and atmospheric, and the outside space is so lovely too - we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and we spent quite a lot of time outside getting photos and having drinks etc. Thanks again everyone who helped make our day amazing!
