I had experienced a difficult check-in experience.The card did not work for lifts and rooms. The food was awesome, i liked.

We were there for 3 days for a workshop. - room was clean, but the bed not comfortable at all - while the staff at reception were courteous, not professional enough - same with staff at the restaurant. The food quality was way below expectations (rating 3) - noisy reception, disturbance for the session at meeting room on Sunday - AC was not centrally controlled, too cold, uncomfortable - The pre-booking experience was the worst (rating 1) Absoutely poor customer service. Not what we expected from Accor!

Seriously such a small and uncomfortable room for 4000rs is unexpected
