In the three weeks I was there my sheets were never changed. I feel if I’m staying in a hotel they should be changed once a week. Also the bather needed a through cleaning. It was never cleaned around the toilet ( brown stain around the base.

Nice, comfortable stay

I stayed at the Mercure for 12 days, and I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very accommodating, and held my luggage after I checked out because I had hours before I needed to leave for the airport. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with both Western and Japanese selections. I do wish that they provided more bath towels, as we only had one person. And it was a little difficult finding a taxi to get back to the airport, but I don’t fault the Mercure for that. Overall, my trip was very enjoyable, and I would stay there again.
