Received an email invite online checkin, complete it and received confirmed it has been done but when appeared at hotel for checkin it seem nothing todo with online checkin😅 Checkin person at FO very cold.

While the room was clean, it was very dark and not that well appointed. There was not a lot of light in the room, and the bed was not as comfortable as other ibis locations that I have stayed in. Breakfast was OK, but usually busy with tour groups who were quite loud, while the food options were plentiful, often dishes were empty, because of the large volume of people going through The location was not near any main sites, but was near Subway. Stop.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is situated in the city center and conveniently located next to a metro station. The overall quality of the hotel meets the standard set by Ibis, with clean and comfortable accommodations. However, in terms of membership benefits, the offerings are somewhat limited, consisting only of a one grading room upgrade and a coupon for welcome drinks, without any additional welcome amenities. This aspect falls slightly short of the usual Ibis standard. On a positive note, the breakfast provided meets the expected quality and standard of Ibis.

Amazing staffs from front desk to housekeeping. The size of the room is great, clean and comfortable bed. Bathrooms were also well maintained. The only suggestion is if it could have brighter lighting in the bathroom and the study table area. Enjoyed my stay very much!
