Basic hotel in a not too touristy area with lots of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit dated. The suite we booked was spacious. Would have expected bathrobes but only received slippers which were low in quality. Didn’t receive welcome gift either as a platinum member. The check out time is way too early at 10am. We got late check-out at 12pm which in other hotels is a normal check-out time.

Hotel isn't anything special, fridge didn't work and bed wasn't the most comfortable thing going around. But location couldn't be better if you're after the real Milano experience of the design zone and the Naviglio grande. Everything is walking distance and you're far enough from the centre that you're in somewhat suburbs of the city. There is no better zone in Milan to base yourself

This is a smallish hotel tucked away a little distance from the Duomo but trams stop is only a short distance away. It takes about 10 minutes. The hotel needs some updating but is adequate for a short stay. Unfortunately the staff did not know what The Last Supper was let alone how to get tickets for it. Eventually they tried to show me the location on Google Map which was useless as without a reservation you can’t get there. The rooms are adequate, not flash. Buffet breakfast is good.
