Not worth the money

The hotel is okay but there are many hotels that are better (location, room size, comfort etc) for a cheaper price. The lift didn’t work, the air conditioning unit didn’t work so we had to keep the window open. Breakfast selection wasn’t great either. Also note that Accor do not honour their best price guarantee (main reason I went for this hotel). I sent the evidence to their legal team and they blocked my email address. If there is a cheaper offer on a 3rd party website, book it through them rather than trying to use Accor’s best price guarantee as it’s a scam.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the elevator, which has now been repaired. Yes, elevators do break down, just like in your building, and they need to be fixed. The air conditioning is functioning very well, but it is not yet operational because it is too early to turn it on, and this is beneficial for the environment. Breakfast has been rated 8.80 out of 10 by our guests, and I would like to remind you that at Ibis Styles, breakfast is complimentary. Regarding our best price guarantee, YES, we guarantee the best prices. However, we do not guarantee any dubious websites that sell rooms at discounted prices without any agreement with us. So, when you arrive at the hotel, there will be no reservation if you booked through such a site. If you find a lower price than on our website, I invite you to either verify the legitimacy of that site or make a reservation. Nice hotel not far away from the city centre, close to metro station. Room was clean. Basic breakfast with limited variety of choice but nice. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Not worth what it costs

The hotel is very basic, room was fairly clean although there were some spots in the bathroom sink. Breakfast is quite scarce and a mediocre quality. When checking out we had to pay 2 eur to store our luggage in some doggy lockers in the garage. I wouldn't recommend it as it was very expensive for what it offered.

Regarding our baggage service, it is indeed a paid service, similar to luggage storage at train stations or airports. However, no one forced you to use it for securely storing your bags.
