Comfy beds, large bathroom, full length mirrors great. Poor lighting in room and bathroom, insufficient clothes hangers. Bar downstairs not open? And rooftop bar closed early on a Saturday night which was disappointing. Buffer breakfast fabulous!

Overall my stay was pleasant however I was extremely disappointed when I was originally given Room 666. I can not believe that any hotel will offer that number to any client when everyone around the globe knows how bad that number is and suggest the hotel re-considers handing a key to any customer with that number on it. Having said that, the lady at check in then allocated me to a different room on Level 3 which I greatly appreciated. Once I arrived the room was nice and big and clean and very comfortable. My only criticism is that I think i was on the floor alone and it did feel very weird. The other feedback is that the room was quite dark and outside near the lift there was a very bleachy smell.

I was put in the wrong room, different to what was booked, the agency booked a deluxe King and I was put in a double room. The aircon in the room was terrible & doesn't work very well. I stay at the Pullman often and this experience was quite disappointing to the point I will be staying elsewhere from now on.

On arrival my wife carried all bags and suitcases whilst caring for my two daughters. Not a single staff member offered assistance. A bouncy ball was found under the bed because my daughter had it in her mouth. My 18 month got her neck caught in a rip in the curtain. I cut my foot on a pool tile…pool is in poor shape
