Lovely clean facilities. Staff were kind and assisted me with luggage. I still haven’t received my cleaning deposit back though.

The only reason this doesn't have a rating of 1 is because the staff were very friendly and lovely. The hotel itself is nice, rooms could be a bit nicer, but all good. I was there because the convention I was going to was in the attached Pullman convention centre. The weather was very hot that weekend. 38 degrees + and the air conditioning did not work in my room. It was completely unbearable and i had to sleep with a damp towel to try and get any sleep whatsoever. I went to the front desk twice to complain about the aircon. I don't make complaints generally. I just suffer through it and then don't go back if I'm not happy with my stay. This was unbearable though and with multiple nights there, I had no choice. My room was so unbearably hot, I just could not sleep. This needs to be dealt with or you need to reduce your prices and star rating.

Need improvement in cleaning the room. Couple of hair in the shower and the bed sheets weren't changed from previous guest. Had about 20 small body hairs in the sheets. Told front desk and they said to me, "Sorry, housecleaning will change it for you today." Besides that it is a Beautiful place for functions and the food was good 👍
