Starting from check-in, the staff was not friendly to service us while they were available and I was quite sure that they knew I'm a member of Accor Plus but they gave me only the welcome drink coupon for 1 guest and didn't ask for me that I'm staying with, even though they can check in my book it showed them with 2 persons. For the ambient, the cleanliness is unclean, especially on the floor of the elevator, I found that the floor is wet and has a lot of footprints on it. In my opinion, my room is unclean as well, I saw the dust on the tissue box and the hair on the floor, in the toilet. I feel that different from Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24, totally is better Mercure Ocean Pattaya

During my stay one of lift close to repair. Only one working with make it to busy and not working properly we had been got JU symbol came up 2 times when we in there. Water park is good with kids and adults also.

I am a ALL+ platinum member. My check in was fine but the whole place look kind of aged. I am supposed to be upgraded But the room needs renovation and the bed is not comfortable at all. The quilt has lost it fluffiness and I presume the sheet has handled thousand of guests already. Have not met any higher Executive but to be fair, I am happy with the service from the front office and the housekeeper. I think the Guest Experience Manager is out of action or they do not have one. I also read bad reviews of Pullman in Pattaya. I have booked two rooms in Ibis Pattaya and I like the bright Lobby area but I do not know about their room. Anyway, Mercure do not have an Executive Lounge like Ibis so there is no different as for the facilities except it is much cheaper in Ibis and same location

Natty N Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

This hotel is super nice and convenient. Nice staff especially reception lady. I had a good time and she recommended very delicious local seafood restaurant. Room is ok, small but comfy, there are 2 pools. The pool on lobby full of kids, pool on upper more calm. From hotel walk 5 minutes to beach and shopping area. Great value.

It's a great value for money.Kids friendly pool and lovely breakfast spread, good staff and centrally located. Terminal 21, Indian restaurants and many food options available at a walking distance. The Pattaya beach also is at a walkable distance
