Look it was ok for a night stay. The bed was comfortable but everything else wasn’t great. The buffet breakfast wasn’t very enticing. The air con in the room was set on heat and when trying to call reception they weren’t sure how it worked. After a while on the phone the manager was telling them how to explain it to me.

Great stay

We had a lovely 3-night stay at Mecure, Gold Coast. Very quiet location, yet not too far from the hustle and bustle of Broadbeach, Surfers etc. There’s a daily shuttle bus service into Pacific Fair shopping centre. Although there wasn’t a huge choice of menu options in the restaurant for dinner, what we had was delicious, and the service was excellent. The main pool area was beautiful (we didn’t even go to see the ‘billabong’ pool, as it was quite a distance from our room & we loved the main pool). The water was heated so it was lovely to swim in. All the staff were super friendly. We will certainly return to Mecure, Gold Coast, as it’s excellent value for money.
