Novotel Melbourne Central looks forward to welcoming you for your upcoming stay. Pretty Boy Italian Steakhouse is open 7 days a week for breakfast and Mon-Sat for dinner- with social hour available from 4.30pm-5.30pm. Note- Pretty Boy Italian Steakhouse is closed for Dinner on Sunday's with Golden Mug Cafe on the ground floor is open until 8.30pm. The hotel offers valet parking at $60 per day, with multiple exits along with the option of express self-service check in, located at reception on level 2.

The location of the hotel was very convenient within the CBD and just a few minutes walk from the tram which is in the Free Tram zone. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was really good as well with good spread of choices. Would love to come back to stay here again.

I stay at the Novotel Melbourne Central on a fairly frequent basis, I have had some very good experiences however this time was a little different.

Very disappointed in my stay there this time. Stayed for 9 nights. I choose to only have my room serviced a couple of times. On the day I did have it "services" they did not touch the toilet and I was left with no toilet paper. I phoned twice over 1-2 hours for some to be bought to me room and in the end, I had to go to reception to get some. The glass and mug that I had used was not washed either. Was I supposed to wash them, if so with what? From my first day there was NO body lotion in the pump next to the sink. I had 1 shirt dry cleaned and it stated on the form that it would be returned by 7:30pm on the same day. I had to chase that the following night as it had still not returned to me.

Experience was amazing, room was very clean and had everything. Only a brief stay but I appreciated how quiet the rooms were and was able to get a good night sleep. Reception very friendly and welcoming. I recommend and will go back.
