Customer service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and air-conditioned. The hallway and stairwell were noisy late at night, likely because they were outdoors. It would be useful to remind other patrons to be quiet late in the evening outside resort rooms. The food was very good in the restaurant and prepared quickly. More options for those with significant digestive issues would be awesome.

Great stay, very comfortable and so close to Darwin International Airport. I thought this review was the quickest way for the hotel to email me my tax invoice as was promised at the front desk upon checkout

I tried to check in at midnight and there is no signage to find the check in reception for the Mercure. As it turns out the Mercure and Novotel share a reception area but there is no signage nor are the staff in uniforms. Also only 2 workers checking guests in and the 1/2 hour waiting time.
